Education Capacity Building

The organization is dedicated to strengthening the education system by building the capacities of schools, children, and community stakeholders. Training programs are conducted for School Management Committees (SMCs) to enhance their understanding of governance, accountability, and their role in improving learning outcomes. Students are supported through career guidance sessions that help them explore future possibilities and make informed decisions. Awareness on the Right to Education Act ensures that parents and communities understand children’s entitlements to free and compulsory education. Special efforts are also made to identify and re-enroll dropout children, ensuring that no child is left behind in gaining access to quality education. Through these initiatives, the organization works toward creating an inclusive, child-centered, and empowering educational environment.
